                                   BASES Y REGLAS GENERALES

1. Las competiciones están destinadas para profesionales del sector de uñas, tanto estudiantes, como técnicos especialistas.
2. Los participantes deberán estar debidamente registrados y cumplir los requisitos y serán responsables de inscribirse en la categoría/división que le corresponda. La organización del campeonato no se hará responsable de supervisar la división en la que cada participante se inscribe.
3. Si se comprueba que un participante se inscribe en una división inferior a la que le corresponde, la organización del campeonato lo descalificará de forma automática y no se le devolverá el importe de su inscripción.
4. Está permitido que un participante se inscriba en una división superior a la que le corresponde, si así lo cree oportuno.
5. La organización se reserva el derecho de admisión.
6. No se harán devoluciones de inscripciones ni tampoco pueden ser transferibles a otra persona. Es obligatorio que el trabajo sea realizado por la persona que ha sido inscrita.
7. Todos los competidores deberán cumplir todas las normas de la competición. Otras normas de sentido común serán aplicadas en esta competición. El competidor tiene la obligación de cumplir las reglas y es responsable del correcto entendimiento de las mismas. La organización del campeonato queda exenta de responsabilidad si el competidor no las entiende correctamente o incumple cualquier regla establecida.

1. Al competidor que no cumpla las normas se le podrá deducir los puntos que correspondan. Para las reglas que no estén detalladas, se le dará una llamada de atención y deducción de 5 puntos. En todo caso, el competidor podrá ser descalificado si intenta incumplir las normas del campeonato. Tanto los competidores como las modelos están obligados a cumplir con las reglas establecidas, de lo contrario, sufrirá deducción de puntos o podrá ser descalificado. Es responsabilidad del competidor que su modelo conozca y entienda las reglas establecidas.
2. Si se descubre algún competidor haciendo trampa, también será motivo para ser desclasificado del campeonato.
3. Si el competidor llega después de la hora establecida en la lectura de las bases, tendrá una deducción de 10 puntos.
4. Todos los competidores y modelos deberán ser mayores de edad. Si son menores de 18 años, tendrán que presentar autorización firmada de los tutores legales.

12. Queda prohibida la utilización de teléfonos o cualquier tipo de dispositivo que permita la comunicación en los periodos que establezca la organización. También queda prohibida la comunicación verbal con los competidores una vez comenzada la competición.
13. Queda prohibido el consumo de comida o bebida alcohólica, así como fumar en el área de competición.
14. Es obligatorio que las modelos sean personas físicas. Los competidores se harán cargo de buscar y traer sus propias modelos y se harán responsables de ellas.
15. Los competidores deberán traer sus propios productos, así como sus instrumentos eléctricos, lámpara o flexo de mesa, alargadores, adaptadores y lámparas de curado. El competidor dispondrá de toma eléctrica en el área de competición, facilitado por la organización del campeonato. No se permite el uso de cualquier aparato que emane fuente de calor para su uso en la aplicación de producto o proceso de secado en las manos de la modelo.
16. Los competidores deberán parar de trabajar sobre las manos de las modelos de forma inmediata cuando la organización dé por finalizada cada competición, levantando sus manos. Se realizará una deducción de 10 puntos en el caso que esta norma se incumpla.
17. Las modelos no podrán llevar pulseras, anillos o cualquier objeto que las pueda identificar. En el caso de las modelos que lleven tatuajes en sus manos o brazos, éstos deberán ser cubiertos antes del inicio de la competición.
18. Las modelos no podrán ayudar en ningún momento ni bajo ningún concepto al competidor en su trabajo. La colocación de algún producto por parte de la modelo, lamer las uñas, soplar o limpiar el polvo durante o una vez finalizada la competición, podrá ser motivo de desclasificación del competidor.
19. Los competidores no podrán acceder al área de competición hasta que la organización se lo indique. Aquellos competidores que no vayan a participar en la competición que se anuncie, deberán abandonar el área de competición. Aquellos que sí que vayan a participar en la siguiente competición, sí que podrán dejar su mesa preparada.
20. Los competidores que no entiendan español o inglés, podrán traer su propio traductor/a si así lo creen conveniente. Estos/as deberán estar presentes en las lecturas de las bases al inicio de cada competición. Así mismo, la organización no se hace responsable del no entendimiento de las normas y bases de las competiciones.
21. Queda prohibida la entrada al área de competición a cualquier persona ajena a la organización, exceptuando al competidor, modelo y si fuera necesario, el/la traductor/ra. Así pues, el acceso al área de competición quedará limitada a competidores, modelos y jueces.
22. 15 minutos antes de cada competición, se realizará la lectura de las bases. En esta lectura deberán estar presentes tanto competidores como modelos. 15 minutos antes de la lectura de las bases, el competidor podrá realizar la preparación de las uñas naturales de las modelos, pero queda prohibida la aplicación de producto o trabajo sobre las uñas de las mismas. Los competidores también podrán realizar la preparación de la mesa de trabajo en estos 15 minutos previos a la lectura de las bases. Una vez comenzada la lectura de las bases, los competidores no podrán tocar las manos de su modelo. Todas las modelos tendrán sus manos encima de la mesa y las manos de los competidores deberán estar debajo de la mesa. Será en este momento donde los jueces pertinentes revisarán las manos de las modelos para asegurar que no haya habido ningún tipo de manipulación que no corresponda por parte del competidor. En el caso que los jueces detecten que las uñas de las modelos han sido trabajadas o se ha aplicado algún tipo de producto, se realizará una de deducción automática de 10 puntos.
23. Queda prohibido tocar bolsos o maletas de trabajo por parte de los competidores y las modelos, así como coger cualquier producto o herramienta de trabajo que no esté previamente preparada en la mesa de trabajo una vez comenzada la competición. En el caso que el competidor o modelo necesite algo que no esté en la mesa de trabajo, puede solicitar ayuda a cualquier juez encargado del área de competición y éste tomará la decisión de suministrárselo.
24. Todos los productos que estén en la mesa de trabajo del competidor, deberán estar etiquetados y solo deben estar encima de la mesa los productos permitidos para cada competición. Los jueces encargados del área de competición revisarán durante el tiempo de lectura de las bases las mesas, advirtiendo al competidor que retire y guarde cualquier producto no permitido. Si en la mesa del competidor hay algún producto que no esté permitido para la competición que esté realizando una vez empezada, el competidor tendrá una deducción automática de 10 puntos.
25. En el caso que durante la competición el competidor o modelo deba ir al baño, podrá avisar a cualquier juez encargado del área de competición. Podrán ir al baño siempre que vayan acompañados por algún juez.
26. Los competidores serán los responsables de acompañar a sus modelos al área de valoración. Las modelos deberán pasar por todos y cada uno de los boxes habilitados para su valoración. Las modelos no podrán abandonar en ningún momento el área de valoración hasta que no hayan finalizado las valoraciones de los jueces encargados para dicho fin. En el caso que las modelos abandonen el área de competición, serán automáticamente descalificadas. Las modelos no pueden ser tocadas cuando estén en fila para ser juzgadas una finalizada la competición.
27. Las modelos no podrán comunicarse con los jueces en el área de valoración.
28. Una modelo puede ser compartida por dos competidores en las competiciones de una mano.
29. Las fotos, imágenes y grabaciones realizadas por la organización, jueces del campeonato o personal contratado, serán propiedad de la organización del campeonato y podrán ser publicadas sin tener que compensar a competidores y modelos.
30. En cada competición, todas las divisiones tendrán un mínimo de 3 competidores. En el caso de haber menos de 3 competidores por división y competición, los competidores inscritos subirán automáticamente a la división siguiente.
31. Los jueces principales encargados de la valoración de los trabajos realizados en cada competición estarán compuestos por técnicos educadores reconocidos internacionalmente y sus valoraciones no podrán ser revocadas. En el caso de producirse un empate entre alguna de las 5 puntuaciones más altas de cada competición, los jueces principales decidirán el desempate mediante consenso.
32. Las hojas de valoraciones de cada competición estarán disponibles para los competidores una vez finalizada la entrega de premios.
33. Para las competiciones non-face, el competidor es responsable de buscar una persona que lleve su trabajo y lo entregue al jurado en el momento de recogida de trabajos indicado por la organización, así como la recogida del mismo en el lugar y hora indicados por la organización. También se hará cargo de la recogida de su premio en caso de resultar ganador. La organización del campeonato no se hace responsable de enviar o devolver ningún trabajo a un competidor que no esté presente en el campeonato.
34. Si algún juez que participe en la competición lleva un equipo a competir, debe informarlo a la organización el día antes del comienzo del campeonato.
35. Los diseños que tengan derechos de autor pueden ser usados por el competidor, pero estos deben ser plasmados de manera diferente usando su propia creatividad. No están permitidas las copias exactas de imágenes registradas.
36. Los competidores deben asistir a la ceremonia de entrega de premios. En caso de no poder asistir, deberá dejar a una persona encargada que retire su premio en caso de ser ganador de algún premio.
37. Las divisiones estarán publicadas y explicadas en la web oficial del campeonato.
38. En la competición se podrá optar al Team Award (Premio de equipo). Para optar a dicho premio, el equipo debe estar formado por un mínimo de 3 y un máximo de 6 participantes. Los componentes del equipo pueden pertenecer a cualquier división y deberán haber participado obligatoriamente en estos tres tipos de competición: Manicure, french o hands-on nail art. El premio de equipo se obtendrá de la suma de las 3 mayores puntuaciones de cada equipo. Los nombres de equipo, así como los nombres de sus componentes deberán ser entregados a la organización durante la mañana del primer día de competición. Esta inscripción será gratuita.
39. Cada una de las divisiones puede optar al premio “champion of champions”. Para optar a dicho premio, el competidor debe presentarse mínimo a 3 competiciones que estén en manicure, french y/o hands-on nail art. El premio se obtendrá de la suma de las 3 mayores puntuaciones de las competiciones en las que se haya presentado.

BASES AND GENERAL RULES

1. The competitions are intended for nail professionals, students and specialist technicians.
2. Participants must be duly registered and meet the requirements and will be responsible for enrolling in the category / division that corresponds to them. The championship organization will not be responsible for supervising the division in which each participant enrolls.
3. If it is found that a participant enrolls in a division that is less than the one that corresponds to him, the championship organization will automatically disqualify him and his registration fee will not be refunded.
4. It is permissible for a participant to enroll in a division greater than their share, if they deem it appropriate.
5. The organization reserves the right of admission.
6. Registration returns will not be made nor can they be transferable to another person. It is mandatory that the work be performed by the person who has been registered.
7. All competitors must meet all the rules of the competition. Other common sense rules will be applied in this competition. The competitor has the obligation to comply with the rules and is responsible for the correct understanding of them. The organization of the championship is exempt from liability if the competitor does not understand them correctly or violates any established rule.
8. The competitor who does not comply with the rules may be deducted the corresponding points. For rules that are not detailed, a 5-point deduction and attention call will be given. In any case, the competitor may be disqualified if he tries to break the rules of the championship. Both competitors and models are obliged to comply with the established rules, otherwise, they will suffer points deduction or may be disqualified. It is the competitor’s responsibility that his model knows and understands the established rules.
9. If a competitor is discovered cheating, it will also be a reason to be declassified from the championship.
10. If the competitor arrives after the time established in the reading of the rules, he will have a deduction of 10 points.
11. All competitors and models must be of legal age. If they are under 18, they will have to present signed authorization from the legal guardians.
12. The use of telephones or any type of device that allows communication in the periods established by the organization is prohibited. Verbal communication with competitors is also prohibited once the competition begins.
13. The consumption of food or alcoholic beverages, as well as smoking in the competition area, is prohibited.
14. It is mandatory that the models are natural persons. Competitors will be responsible for searching and bringing their own models and will be responsible for them.
15. Competitors must bring their own products, as well as their electrical instruments, table lamp or flexo, extensions, adapters and curing lamps. The competitor will have an electrical outlet in the competition area, facilitated by the organization of the championship. The use of any device that emanates heat source for use in the application of product or drying process in the hands of the model is not allowed.
16. Competitors must stop working on the hands of the models immediately when the organization terminates each competition, raising their hands. A deduction of 10 points will be made in the event that this rule is breached.
17. Models may not wear bracelets, rings or any object that can identify them. In the case of models that carry tattoos on their hands or arms, these should be covered before the start of the competition.
18. Models may not at any time or under any circumstances help the competitor in his work. The placement of any product by the model, licking the nails, blowing or cleaning the dust during or after the end of the competition, may be grounds for declassification of the competitor.
19. Competitors will not be able to access the competition area until the organization tells them to. Those competitors who are not going to participate in the competition that is announced must leave the competition area. Those who are going to participate in the next competition, can leave their table ready.
20. Competitors who do not understand Spanish or English may bring their own translator if they deem it convenient. These must be present at the base readings at the beginning of each competition. Likewise, the organization is not responsible for the lack of understanding of the rules and bases of the competitions.
21. Any person outside the organization is prohibited from entering the competition area, except for the competitor, model and, if necessary, the translator. Thus, access to the competition area will be limited to competitors, models and judges.
22. 15 minutes before each competition, the bases will be read. In this reading both competitors and models must be present. 15 minutes before reading the bases, the competitor may carry out the preparation of the natural nails of the models, but the application of product or work on their nails is prohibited. Competitors may also prepare the worktable in these 15 minutes prior to reading the bases. Once the reading of the bases has begun, competitors will not be able to touch their model’s hands. All models will have their hands on the table and the competitors’ hands must be under the table. It will be at this time where the relevant judges will review the hands of the models to ensure that there has been no manipulation that does not apply by the competitor. In the event that the judges detect that the nails of the models have been worked or some type of product has been applied, an automatic deduction of 10 points will be made.
23. It is forbidden to touch work bags or suitcases by competitors and models, as well as take any work product or tool that is not previously prepared on the work table once the competition has begun. In the event that the competitor or model needs something that is not at the work table, he can request help from any judge in charge of the competition area and he will make the decision to provide it.
24. All products that are on the competitor’s work table must be labeled and only the products allowed for each competition must be on the table. The judges in charge of the competition area will check the tables during the reading time of the bases, warning the competitor to remove and store any products not allowed. If there is a product on the competitor’s table that is not allowed for the competition that is being made once started, the competitor will have an automatic deduction of 10 points.
25. In the event that during the competition the competitor or model must go to the bathroom, he may notify any judge in charge of the competition area. They may go to the bathroom provided they are accompanied by a judge.
26. The competitors will be responsible for accompanying their models to the valuation area. The models must pass through each and every one of the boxes enabled for evaluation. The models may not leave the valuation area at any time until the valuations of the judges in charge for said purpose have been completed. In the case that the models leave the competition area, they will be automatically disqualified. Models cannot be touched when they are in line to be judged once the competition is over.
27. Models will not be able to communicate with the judges in the assessment area.
28. A model can be shared by two competitors in one-handed competitions.
29. The photos, images and recordings made by the organization, championship judges or hired personnel, will be property of the championship organization and may be published without having to compensate competitors and models.
30. In each competition, all divisions will have a minimum of 3 competitors. In the case of less than 3 competitors per division and competition, the registered competitors will automatically go up to the next division.
31. The main judges responsible for the assessment of the work carried out in each competition will be composed of internationally recognized educational technicians and their valuations may not be revoked. In the event of a tie between any of the 5 highest scores of each competition, the main judges will decide the tiebreak by consensus.
32. The assessment sheets of each competition will be available to competitors once the awards ceremony is over.
33. For non-face competitions, the competitor is responsible for finding a person who takes his work and delivers it to the jury at the time of collection of work indicated by the organization, as well as the collection of the same at the place and time indicated by the organization He will also be in charge of collecting his prize in case of winning. The organization of the championship is not responsible for sending or returning any work to a competitor who is not present in the championship.
34. If a judge participating in the competition has a team to compete, he must inform the organization the day before the start of the championship.
35. The copyrighted designs can be used by the competitor, but these must be captured differently using their own creativity. Exact copies of registered images are not allowed.
36. Competitors must attend the awards ceremony. If you cannot attend, you must leave a person in charge to withdraw your prize if you are the winner of any prize.
37. The divisions will be published and explained on the official website of the championship.
38. In the competition, the Team Award may be eligible. To qualify for this award, the team must consist of a minimum of 3 and a maximum of 6 participants. The team members may belong to any division and must have necessarily participated in these three types of competition: Manicure, french or hands-on nail art. The team prize will be obtained from the sum of the 3 highest scores of each team. Team names, as well as the names of their components must be delivered to the organization during the morning of the first day of competition. This registration will be free.
39. Each of the divisions can qualify for the “champion of champions” prize. To qualify for this prize, the competitor must present at least 3 competitions that are in manicure, french and / or hands-on nail art. The prize will be obtained from the sum of the 3 highest scores of the competitions in which it was presented.
